How to Submit a Support Ticket

At VoxiAid, we’ve made it simple for you to submit support tickets to ensure your queries and issues are resolved promptly. Follow the steps below to submit a support ticket:



Steps to Submit a Support Ticket:

Step 1: Visit the Help Center

  1. Go to the VoxiAid Help Center: https://support.voxiaid.com/portal.

Step 2: Log in to Your Account

  • If you already have an account, log in with your email and password.
  • Alternatively, you can log in using Google Federated Login.
  • If you’re a new user, click Sign Up to create an account and set your password.

Step 3: Navigate to the "Submit a Ticket" Section

  • Once logged in, click on the "Submit a Ticket" option in the Help Center homepage.

Step 4: Choose the Appropriate Department

  • Select the department relevant to your query:
    • Billing & Payments: For invoicing, payment issues, or financial queries.
    • Technical Support: For troubleshooting and product-related support.
    • Customer Support: For general inquiries and assistance.
    • Feedback & Complaints: To share feedback or report an issue.

Step 5: Fill Out the Ticket Form

  • Enter the subject of your query.
  • Provide detailed information about your issue in the description box.
  • Attach any relevant files or screenshots (if applicable).
  • Select the priority of your ticket: High, Medium, or Low.

Step 6: Submit the Ticket

  • Click the Submit button to send your ticket to our support team.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket ID for tracking purposes.

Step 7: Track Your Ticket

  • You can log back into the Help Center at any time to check the status of your ticket.
  • Go to the "My Tickets" section to view updates or responses from our team.
