At VoxiAid, we ensure a seamless experience for tracking the status of your support tickets. Once you’ve submitted a ticket, you can easily monitor its progress through the Help Center. Follow these steps to track the status of your ticket:
Steps to Track Your Ticket Status
Step 1: Visit the VoxiAid Help Center
- Open your browser and go to our Help Center: https://support.voxiaid.com/portal.
Step 2: Log in to Your Account
- Sign in using your registered email and password.
- Alternatively, you can use the Google Sign-In option for easy access.
Step 3: Access the "My Tickets" Section
- Once logged in, navigate to the “Tickets” section on the Help Center dashboard.
- Click on “My Tickets” to view all the tickets you’ve submitted.
Step 4: Select the Ticket You Want to Track
- Browse through the list of tickets to find the one you want to track.
- Click on the ticket to open it and view the details.
Step 5: Review Ticket Updates
- Check the ticket’s status (e.g., Open, In Progress, or Resolved) at the top of the page.
- Read through the updates and responses from our support team in the conversation thread.
- If you have additional information or questions, you can add a comment directly to the ticket.
- Click Submit to notify our team of your update.
Ticket Status Definitions
- Open: Your ticket has been received and is awaiting action.
- In Progress: Our team is actively working on resolving your issue.
- Resolved: Your ticket has been successfully resolved.
- Closed: The ticket has been closed and requires no further action.
